What is an eSIM?

An eSIM, is just another sim card, and already built into your phone. That means youcan’t remove or replace it, only activate it. So we activate it by connecting it tocellular provider, like normal, Vodaphone, T-Mobile, Globe, or Airtel for example.However, the big difference is that you can have several plans in your phone at thesame time. So you can have Vodaphone, T-Mobile, and Airtel and switch betweenthem when you want to.

Do I have to change my old number?

No, you keep your previous number, and use it just like you do now. Your eSIM allowsyou to add several new plans to use as well

Does it work everywhere?

No, just like before it depends on your plan. If you have Vodaphone at home, and it onlyworks there. Now, you can have a global plan like our Cruise eSIM, that workseverywhere and you are automatically connected everywhere.

Does it work when I fly, and when I am on a ship?

Most airlines and cruise lines offer wifi plans onboard, that is separate. Some airlinesand ships provide connectivity at a very high cost.

Does an eSIM have monthly subscription, or is it only pre-paid?

Most plans are pre-paid, for example our Cruise eSIM is 20 GB for $59 and workseverywhere.
