Can I remove my eSIM from my device?

Yes, by simply deleting the eSIM profile. Remember, once deleted it can’t berestored, and you need to purchase a new plan.

How do I know if my device supports eSIM?

If there is no sim to install, how do I install my eSIM?

You simply active it by buying your Cruise eSIM plan.

How long does it take to activate the eSIM?

A couple of minutes.

Can I transfer my eSIM to another device?

No, once activated you can’t transfer, or use on another device.
