eSIM availability varies by model, region, carrier and software version. Check the manufacturer’s instructions and confirm the phone is unlocked before purchasing. Use reliable Wi-Fi for installation.
Find your SIM settings
On many Samsung devices, start with Settings → Connections → SIM manager. On many Pixel devices, start with Settings → Network & internet → SIMs. Find the option to add or download an eSIM and follow the supplier’s instructions.
Choose the correct data line
Label the eSIM Cruise data and select it for mobile data when your supported network is available. Turn off data roaming on your home SIM and any automatic data switching. Follow the supplier’s roaming and APN settings for the eSIM.
Troubleshoot before deleting
Check vessel coverage, location, remaining allowance and validity. Reinstallation may be restricted, so ask support before deleting an eSIM.
