About this plan

A 1 GB allowance for a seven-day sailing. Designed for light messaging, email and occasional browsing. Monitor your usage and keep background updates off. Each device receives an independent eSIM, prepared manually after payment. Maritime service is separate from ship Wi-Fi and shore data.

Plan terms

Getting started

Activation: The 7 days start the first time the eSIM connects to the ship's maritime network, more than 12 nautical miles from land. Installing the eSIM does not start the clock.
Install by: Install using reliable internet before boarding. Check the delivery instructions for any activation or installation deadline specific to your eSIM. Contact support before purchase if your departure is close.

Using your data

Network and speed: Data-only maritime cellular service on the eligible vessel. This is separate from ship Wi-Fi; voice, SMS and shore coverage are not included.. Maritime mobile data speeds vary with vessel equipment, location, signal and congestion. No minimum speed or suitability for streaming or video calls is guaranteed.
Hotspot: Tethering depends on your device and the delivered eSIM network configuration. Do not rely on hotspot use unless your installation instructions confirm support. Any shared data uses this eSIM allowance.
Top-ups: Cruise eSIM does not sell top-ups or automatic renewals for this plan. Contact support about remaining-data options or purchase a separate plan. Allowances are independent per eSIM.
Fair use: For lawful personal use. Keep installation credentials private, follow the onboard network restrictions and avoid activities that interfere with other passengers. There is no pooled family allowance.

Limits and refunds

Not covered: Not a land or port data plan. Maritime networks may be unavailable near shore, in restricted waters or in parts of a vessel. Service near Cuba is excluded. Check the vessel evidence and delivered network instructions.
Politica sui rimborsi: A full refund is available before eSIM delivery. After delivery, installation or activation, contact support for an individual review. Faults and mandatory consumer rights are protected. See /en/legal/refunds.
