Where are my orders and invoices?
The account area shows your orders, fulfillment status and receipts.
Find your account records
Sign in and open the orders area. An empty history is expected when no real order has been created. Reviewing an example plan does not place an order.
Your order receipt
Open Account → Orders, then View receipt. Receipts identify Punivox OÜ and the payment mode. Test receipts do not prove a real purchase. Punivox OÜ is not VAT-registered.
